We believe the finance market, at times, can be complex, time-consuming and potentially stress-inducing. Our Managing Director has been working in this sector for close to a decade. Our extensive knowledge in the short-term finance and mortgage market has allowed us to put together an elite panel of advising brokers and finance professionals, who are appropriately qualified and currently working at the top of their game. We can assist with compiling factual information to help ensure your application is presented in the best possible light, making your application process run smoothly and efficiently from start to finish (such support is not available for regulated mortgage products). We can reimburse all postage costs incurred (whether posting items to us or any third-party firms we've introduced you to), post-completion. In some cases, we can even reimburse the full valuation cost. We can also reward you for referring friends, colleagues and family members. Rest assured we will assist in any way possible within our permitted remit.  If it makes sense to us, and it helps you - we're in!  

Yes, no hidden charges or fees. Our introducer service is completely free of charge.

No. Although our service is completely free of charge, we do not arrange financial products (loans & mortgages) ourselves, we introduce you to the appropriate firms - from our select panel - to meet your requirements.  [Third-party providers will have their fee scales, of which all clients are fully appraised before any application is undertaken.]  

No. You are never under any obligation to proceed with anything you are not 100% happy with. Our service is to assist in any way we can within our permitted remits. 

No. Phillips Capital is an introducer, as such; we introduce financial enquiries to third-party providers. Our sister division; Phillips Capital Private Clients is a commercial brokerage for packaging Commercial mortgages, Portfolio Buy-to-Lets, Limited companies, and Bridging and development finance. This is an ‘execution-only’ service and is currently available by invitation, only.  

We receive a commission from the third-party firm for introducing your case, post-completion of your application.

No. We do not provide financial advice under any circumstances. Phillips Capital restricts the scope of its activities to that of being an Introducer, only; as such, we do not provide financial advice.  

Yes. We have a panel of elite advising brokers who we can connect you with.

No. Although our core business is introducing security-backed mortgages and loans, we are also very proud to work with a panel of elite financial professionals - that we have built up from our many years working within the financial sector - some of which include; accountants, estate agents, solicitors and private investors.  

Yes. Phillips Capital Ltd operates under the following trading styles; Phillips Capital, Phillips Capital Private Clients and Phillips Venture Capital. Phillips Capital is an introducer for regulated & non-regulated mortgage & loan contracts. Phillips Capital Private Clients is a commercial brokerage. Phillips Venture Capital is our internal inter-company hedge fund. We are credit brokers and not a lender. We do not hold, lend or invest client money. 

No. Phillips Capital Private Clients charges a set fee for brokering unregulated and predominantly commercial and limited company mortgages on behalf of bespoke clientele.
